- Pneumatic tensioners: They stand out as the ideal solution for applications that require a high tensile force that can reach 2700 N, thanks to the supply by compressed air, usable with a plastic strap with a width of up to 19 mm.
TENSIONER FOR WOVEN REGETTA CTT
Our tensioners are used for tensioning the woven strap and tying pallets and packages by using metal buckles
The operator passes the strap around the product to be strapped, inserts the two ends into the buckle and places them in the tensioner. The first end is locked by brake while the second is passed under the cutter and inside the tensioning roller. As the tension of the strap increases, the buckle maintains tension. When the desired tension is reached, the strap is automatically cut by the tensioner.
The strength of the strap depends on the type of material to be strapped and the strap chosen.
They can perform a maximum tension of 750 N

STRETCHER FOR POLYPROPYLENE/POLYESTER STRAP
Our professional and certified models can be used for both vertical and horizontal strapping, The battery models are equipped with the latest generation motor and digital display with always visible parameters(tensioning, welding time, battery charge level).
The pneumatic models are instead powered by compressed air,
Their operation is simple but very effective, with the upper button the tension is realized while with the lever the vibration welding is realized (friction heating).
AWING GT 3000/5000
Tensioner with adjustable operating mode according to need and product to be strapped. Inserting the strap is quick and easy and the operation very intuitive. Perfectly balanced, can be used for vertical and horizontal strapping
It is available in two versions:
Model GT3000, for 12-16 mm hold, 14.4 volt battery, adjustable voltage up to 3000 N
This model can be used by manually managing the belt tension.
On the panel you can adjust the welding time and the cooling time.
Model GT5000, for 12-16-19 mm strap, 18 volt batteries, adjustable voltage up to 5000 N
This model can be used in manual, semi-automatic and automatic mode.
In manual mode: The operator manually controls the voltage by holding down the button.
In semi-automatic mode: The operator must hold down the tension button. When the tensioner reaches the preset voltage, it performs welding and cutting automatically.
In automatic mode: The operator only has to press the tension button for a few moments.
The strapping tool automatically reaches the preset tension and performs welding and cutting.

PNEUMATIC AWING XQD 19
XQD 19 Pneumatic Vibration Seal Tensioner for PET Polyester Strap, compact, handy and easy to use.
The high tensile force (max 2770 N) and the very short support base allow its use in any industrial sector. It is suitable for closing flat and round packaging (with a minimum diameter of mm. 500).
The operator simply has to insert the two overlapping strap flaps in the device, press a button to make the tension, a second button to obtain the vibration welding and finally a third button to remove the tensioner effortlessly.
