HR45/HR45Z POINTS FOR CLIPPERS FOR GABIONS
The points for our gabion clippers are sold in boxes of 1600 pieces, they are composed of a zinc alloy (~95%) – aluminum (~5%) and mixed metals. Coating thickness min. 200g/m2 according to EN 10244-2, tensile strength: 1750-1900 N/mm2.
The same clippers allow to use different types of staples:
– GALFAN staples , specifications for gabions and guard axles
– lightweight and rust-resistant ALUMINIUM staples
– GALVANIZED staples suitable for fences and nets
– INOX 304 staples recommended for external use
POINTS FOR PNEUMATIC CLIPPERS
POINTS FOR MANUAL CLIPPER P7
The points that can be used for this clipping machine use 1×1.8 mm wire, opening diameter of 17 mm and closing diameter of 6.3 to 11.1 mm depending on the pressure applied. They can be galvanized or stainless steel, and are sold in boxes of 2500 pieces.
POINTS FOR HR PS II BENCHTOP CLIPPING MACHINE
The clipper HR PS II uses aluminum dots with diameter mm. 2, internal width mm. 6 and length mm. 13, rods of 50 pieces.
They are sold in packs of 3000 pieces
POINTS FOR HR 24-17 CLIPPING MACHINE
Both HR 24 and HR 17 staples can be purchased in GALVANIZED or INOX versions. The galvanized version offers good corrosion resistance, while the stainless steel version is the ideal choice for particularly aggressive environments or for applications requiring maximum hygiene.

This type of pneumatic clipping machine uses clips type HR24 which can be either zinc, aluminum or stainless steel,

The points used for this series of clippers are metal clips HR 20 coppered which are sold in packs of 50,000 pieces or clips HR 23 galvanized, sold in packs of 30,000 pieces
SEWING THREAD FOR STAPLERS
SEWING THREAD GK
The standard sewing thread for GK staplers is 100% polyester and white in color.
The coil is conical and has a length of 1000 linear meters.
By making the chain stitch, with a reel, you can sew about 350 real meters of sack.
Weatherproof. Available in other colors.

SEWING THREAD MP
The standard sewing thread for MP staplers is wrapped in cylindrical spools with length 1500 meters.
The reels are made of 100% polyester and white color weatherproof.
By making the chain stitch, with a roll, you can sew about 500 real meters of sack.
The standard wire is always ready for delivery and is suitable for 99% of applications.
It is mainly available in the versions :
–MP length 1500 meters recommended on light bags , fabrics and fabrics
–MPD3 length 1000 meters, more robust than the previous is recommended for 90 % of applications such as tying bags and nets, also for food use
–PAMP length 800 meters made of polyamide fiber, very robust, particularly suitable for example for anti-hail nets
Other special types of wire are available for the MP series, suitable for particular situations.
D3MP: High resistance polyester thread D3, Nm content (metric number) 20/3, average resistance gr. 5500, elongation 16%, coils 1000 mt.
LEN 163: Special wire type LEN 163. Coils 1500 mt.
POLYAMIDE FIBER: Black thread made of polyamide fiber, robust, particularly suitable for anti-hail nets
D3MP RED POLYESTER: 100% red polyester thread
D3MP BLACK POLYESTER: Black 100% polyester thread – 850 mt roll.
Cylindrical thread can also be used with GK series staplers, using the specific adapter

TEXTILE STRAP FOR TENSIONERS
The textile polyester strap thanks to its elongation characteristics, high shock absorption capacity and high strength is suitable for fixing heavy loads (wood, glass, marble, machinery, complete loads on railway cars, etc.).
The polyester strap is as strong as steel but is light, soft, safe, does not rust, does not damage delicate goods, has no sharp edges and when cut does not have the whip effect. The polyester strap is tensioned with a simple manual tensioner, the steel wire buckle ensures a high seal and at the same time allows you to retension the strap on materials that during storage tend to reduce the volume. The strap and buckle can be reused several times.
POLYESTER TEXTILE STRAP CW
High-strength woven fabric strap – without garlic-proof coating, flexible and easy to use. Recommended for loads of timber, machinery, complete loads on railway cars. In case of loads with sharp edges it is recommended to use protective angles

POLYESTER TEXTILE STRAP WG
Standard textile strap – with HOT MELT coating, high strength. The twisted polyester threads are held together by a special hot melt glue that increases abrasion resistance but does not compromise flexibility and handling. Recommended for loads of timber, glass, marble, machinery, etc. In case of loads with sharp edges it is recommended to use protective angles.

POLYESTER TEXTILE STRAP CC
Textile strap with thermoplastic coating, textile strap in polyester. The twisted polyester threads are protected by a layer of thermoplastic material that guarantees a high resistance to cutting. Recommended for heavy loads requiring high tensioning and good shear strength.

HIGH STRENGTH WOVEN STRAP 25TX
Strap made of high tenacity PES polyester DTEX 1100 suitable for heavy applications such as tying of particularly heavy equipment, fixing loads on wagons or containment nets for containers. The peculiarity of this strap is the high resistance to particularly severe conditions such as high temperatures, humid climate or contact with oils, acids or solvents.

POLYESTER STRAP FOR BATTERY STRAPPING TOOLS
Polyester (PET) strapping band is characterized by a high tenacity and in many cases is a valid alternative to iron strapping band. It is not altered by temperature changes and is not sensitive to ultraviolet rays. The polyester strap ensures a constant tension during each phase of neck management, providing conditions of absolute safety during transport.
The strapping band is available in a wide range of sizes, from mm. 12 to mm. 32, and can be used with our cordless strapping hardware.
